Raffle Details:
Raffle
is open to all individuals worldwide age 18 or older, including Wood
Turning Center members, non-members, employees of the Center, and
Board of Trustees. Winning ticket will be drawn on Monday, 3 March, 2008 at 5:30 pm at the Wood
Turning Center, 501 Vine Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106, US. Drawing is open to the public. Raffle
tickets will be on sale until 5:00 PM Monday 3 March, 2008. Chances
may be purchased via PayPal using the buttons above (You do NOT need a PayPal account...they
accept major credit cards), over the phone (215.923.8000), or in person
at the Center. Winner need not be present and will be notified by phone
and/or email. Drawing will be documented on the Center's website
(http://www.woodturningcenter.org). Your receipt (from PayPal or the
Center's Museum Store) serves as proof of entry into this raffle. The
Wood Turning Center reserves the right to cancel or modify this raffle
at any time by notifying participants via email. In the event the
raffle needs to be cancelled (due to any factors, including not selling enough chances to cover the cost of the lathe), full refunds will be made to purchasers
of chances via the payment method used (cash purchases will be refunded
by check, however).
**The
Wood Turning Center will pay for the first $400 of shipping costs;
winner is responsible for the remaining costs. Pickup in Philadelphia
is an option.
