The ITE Programs allows international artists, scholars and photojournalist

to explore new areas of work independently and in collaboration with their fellow residents.

These first 4 images show how Todd Hoyer, USA and Haley Smith, Wales

created their collaborative piece which has lead to their work together as artists and eventually husband and wife.
