Artist's Statement: The forms on exhibit originated from visualizations, which are recorded in mysketchbook for future reference. The ITE residency enabled me to select frommy sketchbook some new forms and develops them to a physical state. Duringform construction, design resolution is sometimes instant or takes a period of months. The work on exhibit will form a base for evolutionary development of these forms for many years to come. I feel I have just scratched thesurface of the original visualizations.

Artist's Statement: I have wanted to incorporate cast glass elements into my work for years. This is my first piece with glass. The title is from the color of the glass and a shortened version of the other material, Rosewood.
