Chest Within a Bowl: Gordon Peteran. This cabinet addresses the relationship between the furniture and turning fields. Although the carcass of this mid 19th century chest wiggles slightly within its host, it does not seem to fully escape from the bowl's embrace. The dove-tailed knobs of the bowl's interior allow only the top two drawers to open.
